Meet Jeremy
Meet Jeremy Fierstein, a proud Gilbert, Arizona “close to” native who has seen the Southeast Valley develop from tranquil dairy farms to thriving metropolis over more years than he cares to remember. These days, it’s fair to say that the grey hairs outnumber the cows. Now, Jeremy is not your typical realtor; he is a former Marine with a dedication and persistence that would most likely frighten your mortgage broker into offering you a better deal. Jeremy polished his corporate leadership skills before entering the real estate market. Combining imagination with service, he has perfected the art of leading his team towards success against any odds. If this the A-Team, Jeremy is our Hannibal, and he loves nothing more than “when a plan comes together”. Jeremy’s commitment has brought him honors including the Million Dollar Producer award and a place among the Top 2% of Realtors®, consistently…for multiple running years. His goals include turning clients into lifetime friends (and maybe BBQ buddies if you play your cards well) and to stay passionately serving his community with ethics and integrity. He once almost got B.A. on a plane, but that’s a story for another day.... Another superpower Jeremy possesses is his ability to connect and network. In 2023 he set out and established the BNI Chapter, “Peak Performers” where he creates, builds, and leverages relationships worth more than twenty bucks in your old pants. If he's missing from the office, you will likely find Jeremy at some baseball field with his wife and two boys enduring the Arizona heat. He recently recruited his Sheepadoodle, Winston, as the "7th member" of the Elevate48 squad. Meet Martin
Born in Chicago to Ukrainian immigrants, Martin Tsatskin has woven the fabric of his heritage, experiences, and passions into a vibrant career that spans finance, entertainment, and real estate. Martin's journey began in the bustling financial sector of Chicago, where after earning degrees in International Business and Economics from Pepperdine University, he quickly realized his need for a more fulfilling path. This realization led him west to California, where he pursued acting—a long-held passion. However, life had other plans; as family responsibilities called him back to Arizona, Martin stepped into the role of caregiver for his ailing parents, a pivotal experience that shaped his future endeavors. In 2016, Martin transitioned into the mortgage industry, where he discovered a knack for making complex financial transactions understandable and accessible, treating each client with the care and patience as if they were family. This approach not only earned him accolades, such as Loan Depot's Customer Service Award, but also guided him towards his next evolution—becoming a licensed real estate agent. Today, Martin is uniquely positioned with expertise in both mortgages and real estate, offering unparalleled service that combines detailed financial guidance with a genuine understanding of his clients’ needs. Martin's approach to real estate is deeply personal. Known for his warm demeanor and humor, he has a unique ability to make clients feel at ease, ensuring they are confident and comfortable throughout their buying or selling experience. Whether explaining loan terms to first-time homebuyers or strategizing the best market approaches for sellers, Martin leverages his diverse background to secure the best outcomes for his clients. Meet Nina
A lifelong West Valley native, Nina is the behind-the-scenes hero making sure Elevate48 transactions don’t wander off course. Licensed in real estate since August 2018, she specializes in contracts, disclosures, deadlines, and all the paperwork that magically becomes everyone’s top priority the moment it’s due yesterday. As the team’s Deal Navigator, Nina keeps files organized, timelines tight, and transactions moving smoothly from contract to close. She’s known for catching the small details before they become big problems, asking the questions others forget, and calmly ensuring that every document is signed, delivered, and accounted for. If a deal feels unusually smooth, that’s not luck — that’s Nina. When she’s not keeping transactions in line, Nina leans into her creative side with mixed media art, crochet, cardmaking, flower arranging, and cooking - because clearly spreadsheets alone don’t use up all that brain power. She met the love of her life in 2018, married him in 2019, and now enjoys motorcycle rides across Arizona on the back of his Victory Cross Country, proving that balance really is a thing. Nina is the proud mom of two grown sons, stepmom to an adult son and daughter, and grandma to two grandsons who keep life entertaining and loud in the best way. She’s also committed to her 4 AM workouts with her Fierce & Fit Bootcamp family - a routine that explains both her discipline and her patience. Equal parts detail-driven and delightfully woo-woo, Nina embraces astrology, manifestation, numerology, meditation, gratitude practices, and positive energy - all while keeping contracts firmly grounded in reality. The result? A Deal Navigator who brings organization, intuition, and just enough magic to make every closing feel effortless.
